Course Description: Students serve 160 supervised hours to gain hands-on ministry training and experience
Course Duration: 29 weeks (Sept. 12th, 2011- May 11th, 2012)
#10107 Missions (3 hours, optional*)
Course Description: Students may earn additional credit by taking a missions trip. To earn credit, students must complete a missions curriculum before departing, keep a journal while abroad, and write a post-trip paper detailing the experience.
Course Description: Students may earn additional credit by participating in a ministry project, such as an extensive domestic outreach, Vacation Bible School, or Habitat for Humanity. To earn credit, students should journal about their experience and write a paper detailing the experience.
#10109 Spiritual Formation (3 hours, optional*)
Course Description: Students may earn extra credit by recording their devotional and prayer times. Throughout the academic year, interested students should provide a journal that indicates that they have spent at least three hours a week in Bible study/prayer. The journal should outline their devotional activities and describe their spiritual growth.
* The optional courses are available for students who desire to earn extra transfer college credit towards a degree at Ecclesia College. For more details about earning transfer college credit, click here.
