We believe that the need exists within the Christian community to raise up leaders to capitalize upon the tremendous opportunities for the Church that are emerging in the twenty-first century.  We also believe that we are presently existing as a people on the curve of social change.  These changes will bring many new and interesting ideas regarding the way society will view leaders and how they function.
